The first physical copies of GTA 6 have reportedly reached stores, and the back of the PS5 case lists a 230 GB install, according to RockstarIntel. That is more than the 212 GB Rockstar gave for the pre-load. Not confirmed by Rockstar.

GTA 6 box: what was reported
RockstarIntel reported on 7 November that retailers have started receiving the PS5 code-in-box edition. Photos of the case were shared on Reddit by u/IseeIceTea, and RockstarIntel says some store staff have posted images too.
According to the report, the feature list on the back says the game needs 230 GB of space to install. The case also carries three screenshots: one of Lucia, one of Jason and one of a plane over the Leonida Keys.
Not confirmed by Rockstar: the 230 GB figure comes from photos of a retail case, not from Rockstar.
230 GB or 212 GB?
When Rockstar announced the pre-load on 3 November, it said GTA 6 needs up to 212 GB “depending on device”. A box figure is often rounded up to leave room for updates, so the two numbers do not have to contradict each other.
It does line up with earlier reports, though. RockstarIntel said on 6 November that the Xbox build is about 225 GB. Rockstar has not commented on either number.

How much space should you free up?
Go for the higher number. Clear at least 250 GB before the pre-load opens on Tuesday 10 November, so a day one patch has room as well. Our GTA 6 Xbox file size report has the full breakdown.
Online functions icon and the poster
The case reportedly shows an icon for online functions. RockstarIntel speculates it could be for a future GTA Online version or for buying the Ultimate Edition upgrade in the game. Rockstar has announced nothing about online play in GTA 6, and the PlayStation Store page calls it “a single-player experience”.
RockstarIntel also writes that every code-in-box copy comes with a double-sided poster, based on messages from retailer MediaMarkt to fans. There is no map inside. Rockstar has said separately that a free poster and a Leonida map will be available as downloads on 19 November.
When can you buy the GTA 6 physical edition?
