Six GTA 6 cars have been built in real life by West Coast Customs, the Los Angeles car shop, according to Hypebeast. Side-by-side images credited to Rockstar Games show the Grotti Cheetah, Albany Buccaneer, Progen Emerus, Invetero Coquette, Albany Manana and Pegassi Tempesta police car.

GTA 6 cars brought to life
Hypebeast published the images on 6 November, two weeks before launch. Every shot is credited to Rockstar Games, and RockstarIntel reports that Rockstar hired West Coast Customs for the builds. Rockstar has not posted about it on its own channels yet.
Hypebeast also lists a real engine and specs for each build. These describe the real cars, so treat them as flavour, not as in-game stats.

What this tells us about GTA 6 vehicles
The in-game shots, credited to Rockstar, show all six cars in GTA 6. The Grotti Cheetah was already confirmed as part of the Ultimate Edition, as the ’95 Grotti Cheetah.
The rest are classic Rockstar names. The Coquette and Buccaneer have been in the series for years, while the Emerus and Tempesta come from GTA Online.
Not confirmed by Rockstar: the West Coast Customs collaboration has so far only been reported by Hypebeast and RockstarIntel, using images credited to Rockstar Games.
