How much is GTA 6?
GTA 6 is an $80 game. That is $10 more than most big console games, and it matches the prices shown on the PlayStation Store and Microsoft Store since pre-orders opened on 25 June 2026. Rockstar’s own site does not print the price, so the store in your country has the final word.
UK prices differ between listings, so check your local store before you buy.

What is in the GTA 6 Ultimate Edition?
Rockstar calls it an “exclusive collection of items threaded across all aspects of Jason and Lucia’s story”. According to IGN’s breakdown of the store listing, that includes:
- ’67 Vapid Dominator Buggy
- ’95 Grotti Cheetah
- A classic car collection
- Weapon variants
- Vice City clothing styles
It is all extra items. The story and the map are the same in both editions, so the Standard Edition is the full game.
Vintage Vice City Pack (pre-order bonus)
Everyone who pre-orders or buys GTA 6 before 20 November gets the Vintage Vice City Pack. It includes a ’55 Vapid Stanier, the Shore Court Garage, two outfits and hairstyles. More in our pre-order guide.
Is the Ultimate Edition worth it?
Only if you want the cars and outfits from day one. Rockstar lets you upgrade later for the difference, so there is no reason to pay the extra $20 up front if you are unsure.

Is there a GTA 6 collector’s edition?
No. There are two editions of the game. The “Goodtime State: Vice City Collection” in the Rockstar Store is merchandise, not a game edition.
Will GTA 6 be on PS Plus or Game Pass?
Nothing has been announced. Do not expect it at launch.
